DIRECTOR OF MARKETING + SOCIAL MEDIA
Tempel Haifleigh serves as RUE’s Director of Marketing and Social Media.
In her marketing role, Tempel is responsible for strategizing, establishing, promoting, maintaining, and innovating upon the RUE brand in order to develop RUE and celebrate its portfolio of clients.
With respect to social media, Tempel is responsible for devising and implementing strategies on behalf of RUE and its clients to assist in realizing their respective growth, leasing, and expansion goals. She is in charge of creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media metrics to maximize the effectiveness of the same.
Since her first job at Nordstrom, Tempel developed a profound interest in customer relations and the ever-dynamic retail environment. Retail is her key interest.
Prior to coming to RUE, she worked at Raze Media managing various clients’ social media accounts with a clear understanding of the marketing and campaign goals.
Tempel graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in Dallas, where she received a major in Marketing and a minor in Advertising. She was a member of Delta Sigma Pi [a professional business fraternity], the Cox Marketing club, and Kappa Kappa Gamma.
