The majority of Michael’s experience lies within the mixed-use, lifestyle arena, and street retail environments. Michael has been a part of countless ground-up leasing and development efforts, assisted with proforma creation, and consulted in context of architectural and design elements, and coordinated complete re-merchandising strategies to elevate customer experience and drive sales.
Michael’s list of accomplishments includes leasing and merchandising on properties such as The Knox District Dallas, Southlake Town Square, Watters Creek, Market Street-The Woodlands, University Park Village (Ft Worth), The Bloc (downtown LA), Shoppes at Bellemead (Shreveport), Village Pointe (Omaha), Midtowne Little Rock, Scottsdale Quarter, Manhattan Village (Manhattan Beach), Greenway Station (Madison, WI), Hill Country Galleria (Austin), Inwood Village (Dallas), Preston Park Village (Plano), Town Square Las Vegas, as well as regional malls such as Penn Square (OKC), Woodland Hills (Tulsa), Houston Galleria, North Star (San Antonio), Brandon Town Center, Citrus Park Town Center, and The Streets at Southpoint.
Michael has established himself as one of the more respected leasing and merchandising consultants on the national stage having created great value for his clients from coast to coast.
Michael’s college education was split between Temple University and The University of Texas (Dallas) where he majored in Business Administration-Marketing.
