Katherine Carlton is a thoughtful and dedicated strategist. Her fundamental interest and goal is to achieve high-powered real estate solutions tailored to each client’s unique business objectives. Katherine approaches each engagement with dedication and relentless passion.
Prior to joining RUE, Katherine worked in multi-family development at AMLI Residential, where she performed market research and assisted with feasibility studies and investment committee books. Thereafter, Katherine joined the retail team at JLL and thoughtfully represented clients such as Heyday, Restore Hyper Wellness, Chuy’s, Bank of America, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and Cotopaxi. She then joined RUE where she advises tenants such as Sweetgreen, Foxtrot, Mendocino Farms, The Salty, The Normal Brand, and Vuori. Katherine also consults on some of Dallas’ most desirable retail projects including Stream’s QUAD redevelopment and the re-tenanting of West Village. As a result of her work across a variety of concepts, Katherine has become highly proficient in her understanding of the urban core environment and also suburban and regional projects alike.
Katherine is a proud graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance.
