Casis Village marks a 46,000 SF grocery anchored center ideally situated in the Tarrytown neighborhood of Austin.  Tarrytown boasts incredible incomes, and residential density, and maintains extremely high retail barriers to entry allowing existing projects to benefit from an under-supply or retail in context to highly disposably incomed consumer demand.  The initiative for Casis Village calls for an overdue course correction in the relationship between the retail and the neighborhood.
