Katherine Carlton specializes in guiding brands through complex retail real estate strategies with insight and intention. At RUE, she advises a diverse range of national and emerging tenants, including Framebridge, Beyond Yoga, Homebody Studios, Face Foundrie, Mendocino Farms, Major Food Group, Krewe, JECT, Potbelly, and Two Hands.
She brings strong experience in both ground-up development leasing and repositioning existing assets. Her ground-up work includes leasing efforts at high-profile projects such as The QUAD redevelopment by Stream, QIP’s Design District portfolio, and Sixth & Walsh. She also adds value to established properties through strategic leasing and merchandising efforts at destinations like Turtle Creek Village, Saint Vincent, Casis Village, and The Terminal.
Katherine’s depth of market knowledge—spanning both urban core environments and high-performing suburban nodes—enables her to deliver strategic insights and long-term value to her clients.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys exploring Dallas’ best restaurants, trying new workout classes, and spending time with her family and golden retriever.
