DIRECTOR
Katherine Carlton specializes in guiding brands and landlords through complex retail real estate strategies with insight and intention. At RUE, she advises a diverse range of national and emerging tenants, including Framebridge, Beyond Yoga, Homebody Studios, Face Foundrie, Pura Vida, Major Food Group, Krewe, Quality Branded, HART, and Two Hands.
She has extensive experience in both ground-up development leasing and the repositioning of existing assets. Her past project experience includes Stream’s recent QUAD redevelopment, QIP’s Design District portfolio, and West Village. Current projects include Twin Oaks and Sixth & Walsh in Austin, The Plaza at Spring Creek in West Plano, and Monterey Village in Dublin, Ohio. She also enhances established properties through strategic leasing and merchandising initiatives at destinations like Saint Vincent and Casis Village.
Katherine’s depth of market knowledge—spanning both urban core environments and high-performing suburban nodes—enables her to deliver thoughtful strategy and long-term value to her clients.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys exploring Dallas’s best restaurants, trying new workout classes, and spending time with her family and golden retriever.
