Julia is a driven and dedicated retail strategist who blends market insight with strong analytical expertise to deliver outstanding results for her clients. She is committed to ensuring her clients real estate strategies are thoughtfully aligned with their business goals and long-term objectives.
At RUE, she partners with an exciting roster of brands, providing strategic advisory support to tenants such as Reformation, PopUp Bagels, Beyond Yoga, Krewe, Mendocino Farms, Foxtrot, among others, helping them execute thoughtful real estate strategies. She also plays a key role in the leasing efforts and merchandising vision for a variety of existing and upcoming developments in Dallas Fort Worth, including The Terminal, Turtle Creek Village, QIP’s Design District portfolio, and The Plaza at Spring Creek.
Julia graduated from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance. Outside of work, she embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying runs around White Rock Lake with her dad and playing tennis with friends. She is a dedicated marathoner, having completed five races to date.
